In a day of consumeristic church hopping and shopping, Sovereign Grace Chapel takes commitment to the local church seriously. Church membership is the way to identify those other believers you were committed to in love (1 Peter 4:8) and who you are accountable to (Gal 6:1). It is also the way to identify what pastors you are following (Heb 13:17) and who the pastors are responsible to shepherd (1 Peter 5). If you are a Christian and not a member of the local church, we strongly recommend you find a local church that upholds the gospel and commit yourself to her.
